Shipping Procedure
• PLEASE NOTE! - We deliver in Gauteng only. We do not accept orders outside Gauteng.

• Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and Delivery only take Place on Thursdays and Fridays
• Any orders received on Fridays and Weekends will only be processed and dispatched the week thereafter.
• Track & trace numbers will be made available for you on our website as soon as your order was collected from our premises via our courier services.
• Please note we do not have control over the timing it takes for our courier service to deliver to you, therefore we make the track and trace number available for you.
• In a case that your order takes more than three working days after we dispatched from our site you are more than welcome to give us a call and we will gladly follow up with our courier service for you.
• For any reason whatsoever we cannot dispatch your order within the given time you will be informed via the email address supplied by you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, we have implemented the following procedure to address returns and exchanges.

• Products can only be returned or exchanged if the product itself or package has issues strictly within 3 days of delivery.
• Please ensure that you keep the product in its original packaging and retain the receipt/invoice.
